Core Return Pallet & Leakage Policy: Your old core engine must be completely drained of fluids, securely strapped to a pallet, and fully shrink-wrapped. If the core is not correctly palletized/wrapped or is leaking oil, the courier will charge a £500 surcharge fee, which will be passed directly onto the buyer.
This engine is supplied on an exchange basis:
Core Surcharge Deposit: A refundable deposit of £400 is required prior to dispatch (or your old core must be made ready on a pallet for an exchange-upon-delivery service).
Return Condition Requirements: To receive a full refund, the exchange core engine must be returned in refurbishable condition — strictly complete, with no holes, cracks, or structural punctures in the engine block or cylinder head.
Deposit Refund: Once your old unit is received and checked at our facility, your £400 deposit is refunded promptly.
Collection: We can assist in coordinating the return pallet collection for your old unit anywhere across the UK mainland.
