Please read regarding US purchases:
We'd like to inform you of a recent change in U.S. import regulations that may affect your order. As of August 29, 2025, the United States has eliminated the $800 de minimis exemption, meaning all shipments entering the U.S.—regardless of value—are now subject to import duties and customs clearance. These duties are mandated by U.S. Customs and are beyond our control. Depending on the item and its country of origin, duties may range from $80 to $200 per package, even for low-value items.
Please note:
- Duties are typically collected by carriers (e.g., USPS, FedEx, UPS) at or before delivery.
- These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost at checkout.
- Refusing to pay duties may result in your package being returned, and unfortunately, duties are non-refundable, even if the item is returned.
- US forwarding addresses: Our eBay orders ship from Canada. Buyers outside Canada and the US who use a US forwarding provider may encounter customs complications or have their shipment returned to sender. Any additional reshipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.
We understand this may be frustrating and are here to support you. Mintink remains committed to transparency and customer satisfaction. If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
Thank you for your understanding and continued support!
Warm regards,
The Mintink Team
