Up for auction is a highly collectible and historical 100 Drachmai 1941 banknote issued during the WWII Italian Occupation of the Ionian Islands (Isole Jonie) in Greece. This is a scarce wartime issue, highly sought after by historical and European banknote collectors.

Condition Report:

• Circulated Condition: The banknote is in nice circulated condition for its age, retaining good paper crispness and eye appeal.

• Flaws & Wear: There is natural age-related toning, minor paper yellowing/staining (mostly visible on the right blank margin of the reverse side), and soft corner wear.

• Slits/Tears: As noted, there are two very small minor slits/tears along the outer edges. No heavy central vertical folds or major damage.
