This vintage 1984 Mattel Marvel Super Heroes Secret Wars Spider-Man Action Figure is new and has never been opened. It is still sealed in its original plastic blister pack. Unfortunately, this packaging has seen better days(see pictures), but it is 100% intact which includes his "Secret Sheild".
