this vehicle had spent 10 years in a lockup as the previous owner was no longer able to drive, i bought it 2 years ago, since then the car has received the following:

1. New hood

2. new tyres, full set (2025)

3. New exhaust - 2025

4. seats, new foam and webbing and new black seat covers 2024

5. new door cards

6. SU Carbs completely overhauled with SU full kit from Burlen ltd

7. all ignition parts replaced including distributor and coil, this is now on points.

8. new exhaust manifold

9. lJune 2026, new overdrive unit (£700)

10. Clutch slave and release bearing

11. various other minor parts

12. New fuel tank

The car is now running well. 

the car underwent significant overhaul in 90s, including new floors, sills, wings etc and presents well in the Brooklands green.

Paintwork is pretty good, although there is some bubbling on door bottoms.

the car is now pretty much factory spec with no weird "improvements" or modifications, so pretty clean sheet if you want to make and improve it to your own taste without having to undo years of changes.

i have a large file of paperwork, going back to the 90s, of which there is a receipt for a new gearbox, i also suspect the engine has been replaced.

engine compression tested during the time all work was undertaken and found to be good overall 150+ readings across all cylinders.

I have modified the centre console to include 2 cupholders, i do also have the original centre console if you want to return to standard.

Sadly i am no longer able to drive this car due to developing medical condition so i will need to let her go to someone that will use and enjoy her.

We are located in Sleaford Lincs, close to Grantham, Lincoln etc and 20 mins to A1.
