Item Description:
This Japanese wood
display stand is carved from a single solid piece of natural wood and features
an organic freeform shape, flowing contours, and distinctive natural grain. Its
sculptural form makes it suitable for displaying bonsai, suiseki viewing stones,
ikebana arrangements, vases, tea ceremony utensils, okimono, or other
decorative objects.
It shows age- and
use-related wear, including surface scratches, scuffs, stains, cracks, small
chips, minor losses, and areas of finish wear. There are also natural knots,
cavities, and irregularities in the wood, including visible cracking around one
raised knot area. These characteristics are consistent with its age, use, and
natural construction.
Please review all
photographs carefully for details of the condition, natural features, and
overall appearance.
