F (Fair) =  CD - Widespread marks.  Booklet/Cover - Torn or defaced.  Case - Broken.
G (Good) = CD - Quite a few marks.  Booklet/Cover - Some creasing and/or marking.  Case - Cracked.
VG (Very Good) = CD - Some lines/marks.  Booklet/Cover - Light marking.  Case - Normal scuff marks only.
EX (Excellent) = CD - Just a couple of hairline marks.  Booklet/Cover - No Marks or creasing.  Case - Near perfect.
EX+ (Perfect) = Everything like new.
+ or - = Slightly better or worse than the above.
