Our flower drying silica beads is non-toxic and safe. It is made from pure materials, contains no cobalt(II) chloride (CoCl₂), and naturally absorbs moisture without requiring chemical reactions.

Crystal composition: 10% orange + 90% transparent

Silica gel for flower drying contains orange moisture-indicating crystals that turn dark green when saturated – at which point it needs to be recharged or replaced.

It can be easily reactivated in the oven or microwave and reused multiple times.

Our silica gel crystals deliver exceptional drying performance – its fine particles won’t damage the blooms and will perfectly preserve their shape and color.

Drying time depends on flower type and humidity level:

Small petals: 2–3 days

Medium flowers: 3–5 days

Large flowers / high humidity: 5–7 days

Tip: Check periodically. When the petals are fully hardened and the colors have stabilized, they are ready to be removed.
