This mesmerising, Egyptian style bangle wraps around the upper arm like a serpent, and reflects the excitement around the discovery of Tutenkhamen’s tomb in the 1920s.
Made from fused fragments of bakelite, in primary colours, to form an incredible, mosaic patterned snake bangle with a carved mouth, pointed head and diamanté eyes.
No maker’s mark, a truly rare find from the 1920s.
Diameter is 3”, with very slight flexibility due to the open ends of the bangle.
Reminiscent of Murano glass, this rare colour cannot be found elsewhere online!
