This bayonet was produced between 1928 and 1941 at the Vojno-Tehnički Zavod (VTZ) military arsenal in Kragujevac, Kingdom of Yugoslavia.

* Post-WWII Refurbishment (1947–1950s): The Cyrillic arsenal markings, serial re-stamping on the pommel/scabbard frog stud, and the Ⓩ (Crvena Zastava) factory stamp indicate this piece was re-inspected and reconditioned during Yugoslavia's M24/47 arsenal refurbishment program after World War II.
