The William Bounds 'Spaghetti Tree' cheese grater and mill was produced during the 1970s & '80s. It is acrylic and stainless steel and also can be used to store grated cheese.
This cheese grater has not been used and is in its original box.
Not only are the instructions with the grater but a 'recommendation' card from Corintia Ristorante in San Francisco is also in the box. The Corintia Ristorante was located in the Ramada Renaissance in downtown San Francisco and closed in 1989 when the property became the Parc 55 Hotel.
It is in excellent condition as is the box. The instructions and 'recommendation' are not pristine, but, as you can see in the picture, they are in good condition.
