80’s early 90’s

Tried to research if this is a team issues blank or not without much to confirm it.

Regardless hard to find and in relatively good condition other than a couple marks/stains show in pictures

Have not tried removing stains or washing because I’m not sure the proper way to do so with a vintage jersey as this
