We carefully package every order using high-quality protective materials and typically ship within 48 hours. U.S. delivery generally takes 1–3 business days, while international delivery usually takes 4–7 business days but may take longer due to customs delays. Valuable items are shipped with tracking, insurance, and signature confirmation whenever applicable.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and clearance fees charged by their country. We recommend checking with your local customs or postal authority before purchasing. We combine eligible items into one package at no additional charge when possible.

Grading Guide
All posters on CineMasterpieces.com are carefully evaluated and graded by our team. Because grading isn't standardized in this space, we use a simple 10-point scale based on Jon Warren's guide to keep things clear and consistent.
C10: Mint condition
An extremely rare grade for all but the most recent items. Item is “as new” or in the same condition as the day it was made. We highly recommend that you never grade an item C10 unless it is absolutely perfect!
C9: Near Mint condition
A rarely achieved grade for a new or carefully preserved poster in superb condition. Acceptable flaws include up to four tiny pinholes, slightly offset colors, minor display indentations, and very light fold wear without color loss.
C8: Excellent condition
Also called Condition A or Very Fine. Item may be in “never-used” condition or may have been used in the theater, but was carefully preserved after use. If a C9 is almost like new, then a C8 is not as nearly perfect but still quite excellent.
C7: Very Good to Excellent condition
A nicely preserved item. An item in this grade has many of the same flaws as the higher C8 grade, but, because of a greater accumulation of flaws, can not be assigned the higher classification.
C6: Very Good condition
Sometimes referred to as “very good” condition or “Condition B.” May have minor pinholes, short tears, creases, writing, fold wear, edge wear, or surface paper loss. The poster should remain bright, supple, and generally untrimmed.
C5: Good to Very Good condition
Also known as Condition C, this is a transitional grade for a heavily worn and obviously used poster. It may have the same types of flaws allowed under C6, but with a greater accumulation or severity that may not appeal to most collectors.
C4: Good Condition
Often called Good condition, this grade describes a poster with serious wear and damage. It may have numerous pinholes, creases, tears, writing, tape, stains, fading, fold separation, paper loss, trimmed borders, brittleness, and other significant flaws.
C3: Fair condition
Often referred to as “fair” condition or “Condition D.” Item will exhibit some or all of the defects described in C4, but to a greater degree.
C2: Poor to Fair condition
An extremely worn and fragile poster with extensive damage. It may have countless pinholes, tears, creases, writing, tape, stains, fading, missing paper, trimmed borders, severe fold separation, or multiple detached pieces. Careful handling may be required.
C1: Poor condition
Item will exhibit some or all of the defects described in C2, but to a greater degree.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience, we examine paper stock, printing methods (e.g., stone lithography), size, and provenance to definitively distinguish original posters from fakes. We are experts at identifying the subtle markers of authenticity that other sellers often miss.
Return policy for most items:
We offer an open and easy return policy so you can buy from our store with confidence. Purchases from our store may be returned within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price, minus shipping costs. All returns must be processed through eBay and are subject to eBay's policies. Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were sent and must be safely packaged and insured. Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.
If an item arrives damaged, please include clear photographs with the return request and do not return it unless instructed to do so through eBay. Depending on the item, a return may not be required. All shipments are insured, and we will work with you to remedy the situation. If you choose to have a poster restored after purchasing it, that poster cannot be returned for any reason.
