The Pride Mobility 12" Upper Seat Post Assembly is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) structural support column designed for Pride travel scooters. It acts as the vertical link connecting the frame's lower receiver tube to the bottom of the molded swivel seat plate.
This solid metal pillar has an overall structural length of 12 inches and a tube diameter of 1 inch. It functions as a height-adjustable column. It comes drilled with multiple alignment pinholes spaced vertically along the tube shaft.
By pulling out the quick-release detention pin, sliding the post up or down inside the frame sleeve, and reinserting the pin, a user can lock in their ideal deck-to-seat driving height. Wholesale and retail assemblies typically ship complete with the upper metal post, the quick-release hitch/pin key, and the black plastic reducing friction bushing that eliminates seat wobble inside the base tube.
