This is a beautiful "Newsstand Edition" X-Men #207 Graded by CGC with the Dual Signature Series label with Chris Claremont and John Romita Jr. in a 9.8 condition. This is the highest graded newsstand edition with dual signatures, the only 2 higher are both 9.9 "Comic book shop editions" and both are unsigned. So, it's very nice, signed, high grade copy for any collector's personal collection and it's the first appearance of Salene.
