this is a tory burch white all cotton pom pom blouse size 10. long sleeves with almost 22'' at longest underarm. end sleeve is curved with 3 rows of pom poms. approx 26.5'' length. 38'' bust armpit to armpit. scoop neck with 4 rows pom poms. each row with pom poms is open layered like fabric. i do not see any staining.
