Rare officially branded Absolute Poker promotional/team-style baseball jersey commemorating the landmark 2006 World Series of Poker.
This is a substantial custom jersey—not a standard promotional T-shirt. It features appliqué lettering, embroidered branding and coordinating Absolute Poker graphics throughout.

The 2006 World Series of Poker was one of the defining events of the original poker boom. Its Main Event attracted a then-record 8,773 players and generated an $82,512,162 prize pool. Jamie Gold won the championship and a then-record $12 million first prize. The Main Event field-size and first-prize records both stood until 2023.
The 2006 tournament also represented the peak of the mid-2000s televised and online-poker boom. It was the final WSOP held before late-2006 federal legislation dramatically changed the American online-poker market.
Absolute Poker was a major early online-poker company that is now defunct. The company later became one of the most notorious names in online-poker history following the widely publicized superuser scandal and its involvement in the 2011 online-poker “Black Friday” proceedings. This jersey survives as an unusual piece of memorabilia from the company’s peak period and one of the most historically significant years in World Series of Poker history.
CONDITION:
Pre-owned vintage condition and sold strictly as is. There are several light stains/spots on the white fabric, as clearly documented in the photographs. The stains have not been treated, soaked or otherwise cleaned, and I will not attempt to remove them before shipment. No representation or guarantee is made regarding whether the stains can be removed.
The appliqué and embroidered graphics remain bright and visually impressive. Minor age-related wear and a few loose threads may be visible upon close inspection. Please examine all photographs carefully because they are part of the description and show the exact jersey the buyer will receive.
