The Mizuno MP-69 is a legendary muscleback iron set designed for serious ball-strikers seeking unmatched feel and workability. This set features Mizuno’s patented Grain Flow Forged construction from 1025E "Pure Select" mild carbon steel, providing a signature soft "buttery" impact. The innovative 4D Muscle Design strategically positions weight throughout the set—lower in the long irons for a higher launch and higher in the short irons for penetrating trajectory control. With a compact head shape, minimal offset, and a tour-inspired bevelled sole, these irons offer precise turf interaction and shot-shaping capability. This comprehensive 3-PW set includes an additional matching 3-iron, perfect for a backup or alternative setup.
Condition: The irons are in used condition with visible cosmetic wear consistent with regular play. The clubheads show standard "bag chatter" and surface scratches on the mirror chrome finish. The faces exhibit typical strike marks but remain fully functional with well-defined grooves. Shafts are True Temper Dynamic Gold steel (S300/X100 based on standard specs/photos) and show some wear to the labels. The grips are black rubber (Mizuno/Golf Pride style) and appear used but serviceable. Please inspect all high-resolution photos for a detailed view of the wear on each club.
