This window uses a straightforward clamp-fit installation system.
Carefully measure and mark the required 670mm x 470mm cut-out.
Before cutting, check that there are no structural supports, electrical cables or other obstructions behind the installation area.
Ensure the mounting surface is flat and clean.
Apply a continuous bead of suitable polyurethane or non-setting automotive sealant around the outer mounting frame.
Make sure there are no gaps in the sealant.
Carefully position the outer frame into the opening from the outside of the vehicle.
From inside the vehicle, align the inner frame with the outer window.
The inner frame can be trimmed where necessary to accommodate suitable wall thicknesses between approximately 22mm and 35mm.
Tighten the fixing screws gradually and evenly around the frame.
Do not overtighten, as excessive pressure may distort the frame.
Check that:
Allow the sealant to cure according to the manufacturer's instructions before exposing the installation to heavy rain or driving the vehicle.
