Yaskawa Motoman fuse board module, silkscreened MOTOMAN PART # 138269-1. Used in Motoman robot controllers as a fused power distribution/interface board.
The board carries three panel-mount fuse holders marked F1, F2 and F3, plus two keyed nylon header connectors marked J1 and J2. It is mounted in a green snap-on DIN rail carrier housing.
Condition: used pull, removed from service. Cosmetically clean with light handling marks on the housing and mild yellowing of the connector shells. All three fuses are present. No burnt, cracked or corroded components are visible in the photos.
