**CONDITION AND PHOTOGRAPHS**
This is a used engine and may show dirt, surface corrosion, scratches and signs of previous installation.
**COMPATIBILITY ? CHECK BEFORE ORDERING**
Match the engine code and confirm compatibility using your VIN before ordering. Model name and engine size alone do not establish interchangeability.
Fitment can depend on production date, emissions specification, transmission, two-wheel or four-wheel drive configuration, sensors, mounts and ancillary equipment.

**ONE -MONTH ENGINE-CORE WARRANTY**
Our voluntary warranty covers mechanical defects in the supplied engine block, cylinder head and internal components, including the crankshaft, pistons, connecting rods, camshafts and internal valve gear, for ONE months from delivery.
Following assessment of a valid warranty claim, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement or refund.
**ANCILLARIES EXCLUDED FROM THE VOLUNTARY WARRANTY**
Ancillaries supplied attached to the engine are excluded from this additional warranty, including:
* Turbocharger
* Injectors and fuel pumps
* Alternator and air-conditioning compressor
* EGR valve, intake and exhaust manifolds
* Sensors, actuators and external electrical components
* External hoses, pipes, brackets, pulleys and auxiliary belts
Their inclusion at no additional charge does not remove applicable rights concerning the goods supplied or their description.
**INSTALLATION AND MAINTENANCE**
Installation must follow the manufacturer?s procedures and should be completed by a suitably qualified mechanic.
Before fitting, identify and correct the cause of the previous engine failure. Inspect the cooling, lubrication, fuel and intake systems, remove contamination, and use the correct fresh fluids and filters. Check timing components and replace service items where required by the manufacturer or their condition.
Retain the installation invoice and servicing records.
The voluntary warranty excludes damage caused by incorrect installation, overheating, oil starvation, contamination, incorrect fluids, misuse or modifications. An exclusion applies where the relevant action or condition caused the failure.
**CLAIM PROCEDURE**
Stop operating the engine if a fault develops. Contact 4x4experts with your order number, fault description and available diagnostic evidence.
Contact us before arranging dismantling or repairs under this voluntary warranty so that inspection and costs can be agreed. Labour, recovery and consequential expenses are not included in the additional warranty unless agreed in writing; this does not exclude costs recoverable under applicable law.
**DELIVERY AND TRANSPORT DAMAGE**
Delivery normally takes approximately 3?6 working days after dispatch, subject to destination and freight arrangements.
Provide a contact telephone number and an address suitable for pallet delivery. Contact us before ordering for remote-area delivery and any additional charges.
International customs duties, import taxes and clearance charges are the buyer?s responsibility unless included in the quotation.
Inspect the engine and packaging on arrival. Photograph damage and report it promptly, retaining the packaging. Transport damage is handled separately from the mechanical warranty, including damage to ancillaries; their warranty exclusion does not remove our responsibility for delivery where applicable.
**RETURNS AND REFUNDS**
For a wrong order or change of mind, contact us within 15 calendar days of delivery. You then have 14 days to send the engine back. Buyer-paid return carriage applies where disclosed and permitted. Standard outbound delivery is refunded where required.
No automatic restocking fee applies. Any permitted deduction reflects actual diminished value from handling beyond reasonable inspection.
For faulty or incorrectly described goods, contact us promptly. Eligible UK consumer purchases carry a 30-day short-term right to reject, with further remedies potentially available afterwards. Return costs and refund timing follow applicable law and marketplace rules.
Return the supplied engine securely packaged, with its included components and identifying marks intact. Fitting alone does not remove rights for a genuine fault.
**Your statutory rights are unaffected by these terms or the expiry of the voluntary warranty.**
