Delivery

Every Ginger6 system is built to order in our Wolverhampton workshop. Once your order is placed, we build and test your PC from scratch. This typically takes 2 to 5 working days. After dispatch, delivery is next working day to mainland UK addresses.

Build and test

Before your PC leaves us, it goes through a 24-hour stress test covering processor stability, GPU performance, memory responsiveness, storage speed, thermal behaviour, and BIOS stability. We also configure memory profiles, update all firmware, and check Windows and drivers. Your PC arrives ready to use.

Every build includes full cable management for airflow and long-term serviceability. Where a case has a side window, the interior is finished to match.

Delivery

• Free delivery to all mainland UK addresses. No minimum order.
• Courier: APC Overnight. Next working day after dispatch.
• Tracking: APC will notify you on the morning of delivery with a 2-hour window. You can reschedule or redirect via the notification if needed.
• Highlands and offshore islands: A delivery surcharge applies. Message us before ordering and we will confirm the cost.

Delivery times depend on component availability and order date. If there is a delay on any part of your build, we will contact you through eBay messaging.

Warranty

Every Ginger6 system includes a 3-year Bronze warranty as standard. There is no extra charge for this.

• Year 1: Parts, labour, and return postage are all covered.
• Years 2 and 3: Labour is covered in full. Parts and postage are chargeable if a component needs replacing.
• Repairs: Unlimited during the warranty period.
• Lifetime technical support: Included at no extra cost. No time limit, no charge.

To make a warranty claim, contact us through eBay messaging. We will arrange everything from there.

The warranty covers hardware faults. It does not cover operating systems, software, damage caused by overclocking or modification, or faults caused by user error. Serial numbers must remain intact. If a fault is found to be software-related, you will need to contact the software publisher directly.

Every system is stress-tested for 24 hours before dispatch. If a fault develops after delivery, we want to know and we will sort it.

Ginger6 has been building custom desktop PCs from the same workshop in Wolverhampton since 2001. Every system is hand-built and stress-tested by the same small team. We do not stock pre-built machines. We do not resell systems built by other companies.

Kevin founded the business and remains involved in every build and every customer conversation. When you contact us, you are speaking to the person who built your machine.

No salespeople

There is no commission structure at Ginger6. If a less expensive build does what you need, we will tell you. Pre-sale advice is honest because the person giving it is the same person who builds the machine and answers calls after delivery.
