A substantial vintage Towle silverplate bowl from the Old Master Embossed collection, richly decorated with dimensional roses, leaves and scrolling flourishes. Its broad scalloped border frames a reflective fluted center, while natural patina gives the silver finish beautifully collected character.

At 11 inches across, it has enough presence for fruit, in-shell nuts or wrapped treats and looks equally compelling left displayed on a dining table or dark wood console. The discontinued Towle pattern is identified by specialist replacement sources as silverplate hollowware.
