Up for sale is a rare late-19th-century Victorian silver-plated serving tray produced by Wilcox Silver Plate Co. (Meriden, Connecticut).

• Maker's Mark: Stamped on the back with the official Wilcox circular mark (crossed hammers),

"QUADRUPLE PLATE"

(with "14" and "429" below).

• Design Details: Beautiful etched center scene featuring a majestic Stag / Deer in a forest setting. The rim features detailed dimensional relief mountings: two female/goddess masks at the top and bottom, and two bearded male mascarons on the sides.

• Condition: Antique pre-owned condition with authentic dark patina/tarnish. Shows expected signs of age and wear, including areas of silver plate rubbing, loss, and minor peeling consistent with 130+ year-old electroplated items.

Unpolished to preserve the vintage character and patina.
