Graded Slabs: Sales of all graded cards are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds based on disagreements with a third-party grading company's assessment or minor imperfections on the casing itself.

Transit Damage: Items are packaged securely to ensure they arrive safely. In the rare event that an item arrives damaged due to shipping carrier negligence, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the item so we can assist with a carrier claim.
