This is the fuel filter element for enclosed fuel canisters in the 1947-71 era and applies to Ford Galaxie, Mustang ,T-Bird, and Fairlane models so equipped.


OF SPECIAL INTEREST: This is the original element for the Big Block Galaxie canisters B7Q-9155-A (390, 406 Tri-power, 427 Cobra) and the 1956 / 1957 Dual Quad canisters, ECT-9155-A, ECT-9155-AB ("garbage can" types) and the B7T-9155-A (all steel type). This filter element is made of the original materials AND in the original color. This original style element was last made in 1972 and this is from that final run. After that final run, you will find these are pleated yellow in color, but still carry the same part number. This is the original! The box is crisp and the gasket is included.
