SMC compressed air treatment assembly consisting of an AMD250-02D-RT micro mist separator and an AMG250-02BD-R drain catch (water separator), plumbed together on a steel mounting bracket.
Ratings read from the unit labels: max pressure 1.0 MPa, temperature range 5-60 C. Mist separator flow rate 500 l/min (ANR) with element AMD-EL250; drain catch flow rate 750 l/min (ANR) with element AMG-EL250. Port size 1/4 in. Made in Japan.
The assembly also carries an SMC ISE2-01-15L pressure switch (0-1 MPa, DC12-24V, NPN 80 mA output) on a 1/4 x 1/4 stainless tee, plus push-to-connect elbow fittings and auto drain bowls.
Condition: used, removed from service. Light dirt, scuffing and staining on the housings and bracket, worn/scratched label on the drain catch, and the pressure switch cable is a cut pigtail. Not tested - sold as-is.
You receive exactly what is shown in the photos: the two filter units, mounting bracket, fittings and the pressure switch.
Used industrial pull with light dirt, scuffing and staining on the aluminum bowls and bracket; label on the drain catch is scratched and partly worn. Sensor lead is cut to a short pigtail and the mounting bracket shows adhesive/paint residue.
