Hydraulic coupling - the key to an effective connection in heating systems This hydraulic coupling, designed for horizontal mounting, is an integral part of the HK20 / HKM20 pump groupsets. Its design has been optimized to work with the VB20 collector, ensuring a reliable and tight connection. The clutch is supplied as a complete, ready-to-install element, which greatly simplifies and speeds up assembly work. Design and Application The HW-Q60/80 coupling with an output of 1.1 m3/h and a thread diameter of 1 inch is designed for heating systems that require precise flow control. Equipped with a sensor well with 1/2" diameter (Di = 6.5 mm), it allows connection to various installation elements. The flat seal of the connection with the 1" connecting nut guarantees safety and no leaks. In addition, EPP foam thermal insulation minimizes heat loss and prevents moisture from condensation on the coupling surface. This solution is particularly important in systems exposed to low ambient temperatures. Advantages & advantages Ready to install: the complete device saves time and money in the selection and assembly of the individual elements. Compatibility: Seamless collaboration with popular FlowBox HK/HKM20 pump groups and the VB20 collector. Tightness: The flat seal ensures a reliable connection without risk of leakage. Thermal Insulation: EPP foam reduces heat loss and prevents moisture condensation, improving the energy efficiency of the system. Output: An output of 1.1 m3/h ensures optimal flow in the heating system. Durability: The use of high-quality materials ensures a long service life and reliability of the coupling. Horizontal Position: Installation in horizontal position makes it easy to integrate with the VB20 distributor or DDN20 pump units. This coupling is not just a link - it is an investment in the stable and efficient operation of the entire heating system. Its robust construction and sophisticated solutions result in long-term use without frequent repairs or replacements.
