Introduction:
Bond It LEVELMASTER 200FP is a fibre reinforced, polymer-modified self-levelling floor compound designed to create a smooth, level base for common internal flooring applications. Its flexible formulation combines fibres and polymers to improve strength and flexibility, making it suitable for preparing concrete, screed and other properly prepared internal sub-floors.
The pre-blended, single-pack formula requires only the addition of water and can be applied up to 6mm in one layer, or up to 20mm with suitable 3mm granite chippings. Suitable for ceramic tiles, carpet, vinyl and wood flooring, as well as compatible underfloor heating applications.

Mixing & Application:
Add approximately 3.6L of clean water per 20kg bag and mix with a suitable heavy-duty slow-speed drill or paddle for approximately 3 minutes until smooth and lump-free. Do not overwater.
Pour onto the prepared surface within approximately 10 minutes of mixing and use a flooring trowel or float to achieve a smooth finish. For thicker applications, suitable 3mm granite chippings can be added as specified by the manufacturer.
Important Information:
- For internal use only – do not use externally.
- Do not apply below +5°C or above +30°C.
- Sub-floors must be clean, dry, sound and properly prepared.
- The compound is not a final wearing surface and must be covered with a suitable floor covering.
- Not suitable directly over underfloor heating unless the heating system is encapsulated with an appropriate screed.
- PVA is not suitable as a primer before applying the compound.
- Drying times may vary according to temperature, humidity, thickness and substrate conditions.
