If ordering large items such as bumpers or wheels &tyres please supply a contact telephone number for the courier to contact you to enable a speedy delivery.

Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail or DPD for smaller items and via TNT and Parcel Force for larger items. Some larger items may be on a 48hr delivery service once dispatched.

Deliveries can only be made to the registered Paypal address.

Please note all our couriers deliver Monday to Friday only.

We cannot deliver to a 3rd party residential address. All deliveries can only be made to the registered Paypal, Adyen or card registered addresses.

Q)  How long after payment will you dispatch my item ?
A) We will always try to dispatch your item within 24hrs of payment, weekends not included. During busy periods this can sometimes take longer.
Some items such as car covers are special order and may take up to 10 days to arrive, this will be specified on the listing.

Q) How long after dispatch should I expect to wait for my delivery ?
A) This depends on what delivery service you choose, please see delivery details and expected times at checkout.

Q) Can I return my item ?
A) Yes you can. Returns are accepted for 30 days from purchase date. All returns must be opened through ebay.

Q) Do I have to pay for the return ?
A) Yes if the item is as described and not damaged the cost of return is your responsibility. We recommend that you use a tracked service to return any items as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us. Return items lost in the post will NOT be refunded.
