The cylindrical body is detailed with engraved stave lines and raised hoops, finished with a scalloped upper edge. The pierced lift-off cover has a small handle, while the interior retains its gilt finish.
The base bears the maker’s mark L&S, Birmingham anchor, sterling silver lion passant and lowercase date letter “l” for 1910, together with registered design number 535612.
Very good antique condition overall, with light surface wear, small marks and tarnishing. Some wear and spotting to the gilt interior. Please examine all photographs for the condition and detail.
