This is the compiled dealer and shop reference for the Bendix light-aircraft ignition line, not a single-magneto booklet. Pages are section-and-page numbered, for example 3F-127, with individual pages carrying their own revision dates. The latest revision dates visible in the photos run to May and June 1962, including form MG-1109-2 revised 6-1-62.

Application information for S-200 and S-600 series retard breaker magnetos, with a full Lycoming engine table giving retard breaker magneto type and magneto specification, magneto retard, position on engine, standard magneto type and specification, and lag angle. Engine models listed include O-145, GO-145, O-235, O-290, O-320, O-340, O-360, IO-320, IO-360, O-435, VO-435, TVO-435, IMO-360, VO-360, GO-480, GSO-480 and their many suffix variants, with F.A.A. approved applications flagged.
Also present are illustrated exploded views of complete magnetos with numbered call-outs, indexed parts lists, specification data with superseding and former installation number charts, and impulse coupling data giving lag angle and ground terminal part numbers.
The binder carries small period pencil annotations in the margins from whoever worked out of it, including a tool number note.
CONDITION
Used, honest shop wear. The covers are soiled and rubbed with edge and corner wear and creasing, and the printed front label is toned and lightly soiled but fully legible. Pages are age toned with handling soil, and some pages show smudging along the lower edges. The binding posts are present and the book opens and lies flat. This is a loose-leaf reference of the type that was updated in service by adding and removing pages, so no claim of completeness is made and it is sold as-is for the contents present.
