Rare Deans Rag Book Walking Donkey
This is Doug. He's an interesting, cute, rare old donkey. He was made around the 1930s/1940s by Deans Rag Book.
He measures around 11 inches long, with blue glass eyes, felt ears and stitched facial features. What makes Doug interesting is he was created using the same design as Dean's "Ming", the walking panda! He has metal weights to this unjointed limbs, which encourages them to swing around in a walking movement when played with by a small human.
He has a lovely smiley face and would make a great hug addition.
