Adorable cult classic late 90s or y2k preppy look with strappy heels and a cardigan, or go grunge with an oversized jacket and some Doc Martens.

There are no stains or holes. Dress is in good condition. Unfortunately the fabric tag is almost completely unreadable. I was able to find the size but that's about it.
