This is a brand new and complete LEGO CITY: 60409 Yellow Mobile Construction Crane building set.  It is for ages 9 and up and has 1116 pieces.  It is new and complete with sealed bags and sealed envelope, but the box has been dented and opened.  It has been retaped shut.  It is perfect for the Lego fan that doesn't care about the box.
