Vintage & Collectable Items
All items are sold as described and photographed in the individual
eBay listing. Please carefully read the full description and examine all
photographs before purchasing.
1. Vintage Condition
Our vintage and collectable items are generally pre-owned and may show signs of
age, use, storage and general wear. Minor scratches, marks, fading,
discolouration, chips, crazing, dents or other imperfections may be present
unless specifically mentioned in the listing.
Due to the age and nature of vintage items, condition should be
assessed from the photographs and description provided.
2. Authenticity & Description
We make every effort to accurately describe each item and provide clear
photographs. Where an item is described as vintage, antique, original,
reproduction or restored, this is based on the information available to us
and/or our assessment of the item.
If authenticity, age, markings or provenance is particularly
important to your purchase, please contact us before buying so we can
provide any additional information we have available.
3. Photographs
Photographs form an important part of the description. Colours may vary
slightly depending on lighting, photography and individual screen settings.
Any accessories, stands, display items or other objects shown in
photographs are not included unless specifically stated in the listing.
4. Measurements
Measurements and weights are provided as accurately as reasonably possible.
Please allow for minor variations due to measuring methods.
5. Payment
Payment is required through eBay's approved payment methods and in accordance
with eBay's payment terms.
6. Postage & Handling
Items will be carefully packed for postage wherever possible. Postage costs are
stated in the individual listing.
For fragile, valuable or unusually shaped items, additional
protective packaging may be required.
Once an item has been handed to the nominated postal or freight
carrier, delivery times are outside our control.
7. Local Pickup
Local pickup may be available where stated in the listing. Pickup must be
arranged in advance and the item collected within a reasonable timeframe
following payment.
8. Returns
Returns are subject to the individual eBay listing and eBay's applicable
policies.
Where a return is accepted, the item must be returned in the same
condition as supplied. Items must not be altered, repaired, cleaned, restored
or otherwise modified before being returned.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any rights you may have
under the Australian Consumer Law.
9. Buyer Enquiries
We encourage buyers to ask questions before purchasing if they require
further information about an item's condition, age, dimensions, markings,
authenticity, operation or history.
We are happy to provide additional photographs or information
where available.
10. Vintage Items – Important Notice
Vintage and antique collectables are sold as collectable items and are not
necessarily suitable for modern everyday use.
Where an item is electrical, mechanical, decorative, food-related,
children's, or otherwise potentially intended for use, buyers should satisfy
themselves as to its suitability and safety before use.
11. Errors & Omissions
While every effort is made to ensure our listings are accurate, occasional
errors or omissions may occur. If a significant error is identified, we reserve
the right to correct the listing prior to completion of the sale.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing an item from Lion Rock Enterprises, the buyer acknowledges that
they have read the listing description and photographs and agree to these terms
and conditions, subject always to the buyer's rights under Australian Consumer
Law.
