Very NICE used steering wheel and horn ring from a 1963 Plymouth Fury. The wheel itself has no visible cracks. The only crack is right where it attaches to the column, you will not see it when installed. The horn ring is very nice, very few flaws, the chrome shines, nothing broken. It will be hard to find a nicer wheel and ring.

I have tried to capture the condition of the wheel, zoom in and ask any questions you may have. Please do your research and make sure this is the correct wheel for your 1963.
