I’m genuinely sad to be putting my Porsche up for sale, as it has been an absolutely fantastic car and I have loved every minute of owning it. (I brought some stripes not fitted see pictures will be included)
I bought the car for the summer period and it has been amazing to drive. It’s one of those cars that makes even an ordinary journey enjoyable — the handling, the sound and the feeling of driving with the roof down make it such a fun car to own. It really does put a smile on your face every time you get behind the wheel.
One of the things that surprised me most is how practical it actually is. Having two separate boots, one at the front and one at the rear, is incredibly convenient and gives you far more usable space than you might expect from a two-seater sports car. I’ve found it really easy to live with day-to-day.
During my ownership, the car has also had a couple of jobs carried out under warranty. More recently, there was an issue with the gear change selector. The AA attended and got me back on the road as quickly as possible, and the issue was subsequently dealt with. I’ve always wanted to make sure anything that needed attention was taken care of.
The car presents very well for its age and mileage and has been a brilliant summer car. It has been thoroughly enjoyed during my ownership, and I think the next owner will get just as much enjoyment out of it.
It has a great specification including heated seats, cruise control, rear parking sensors, Apple CarPlay and two keys. It also has an MOT until April 2027.
The car is a 2016 vehicle, so there are some age-related marks and stone chips, as you would expect for a car of its age and mileage.
The service history is documented on paperwork rather than a physical service book. The first service was carried out by Porsche Nottingham, with three further known services carried out in Preston, and the most recent service was carried out by BAM at approximately 71,000 miles. There is a gap in the available paperwork around the 61,000-mile service, which I would rather be completely upfront about.
Overall, this has been a genuinely fantastic car to own. It’s fast, fun, comfortable and surprisingly practical, and I have absolutely loved having it for the summer.
The only reason I am selling is because I now need something with more seats. If I didn’t need a more practical car, I would be very happy to keep it.
