Please see pictures closely. There are chips on the bottom of the vase. I took the pictures of the bottom starting near the Waterford stamp and rotated clockwise. 

Also some chips on the side. For orientation purposes the picture with my hand, the thumb is at the base where the biggest chip is at and then the pointer finger is at the sites of the side chips.
