Here's a wonderful turn-of-the-century Columbia Q phonograph. 

Though small (just 4 1/2" x 5" x 7" --  excluding the horn), this pint-sized music machine is not a toy. When it was sold new 120 years ago, it could accommodate almost any cylinder made at the time, and when equipped with a recording head, it could record cylinders as well as play them.

Condition is excellent. Pristine original enamel on the cast iron bedplate, with original decorations that are still prominent. Clean mechanism, with no rust, no pitting, no problems. Motor and gearing are in excellent working order, and the governor is working properly, too. Reproducer has a good sapphire and a good diaphragm. Original winding key is in excellent condition, with no rust or corrosion

The 10" cone horn is an older replacement that's almost identical to an original cone horn except that it doesn't look like you accidentally backed over it in your SUV.

As you can see and hear in the video I've posted above, this Q looks great, it runs great, and it sounds great. Included with the phonograph is the cylinder you hear playing in the video. If you get tired of listening to it, dozens of other cylinders are available from 3rd party ebay vendors at any given time.
