We offer free shipping on most items within the UK. International and express delivery options are also available.

We'll dispatch your order as soon as possible. Orders placed before 3pm on weekdays (excluding public holidays) will be shipped the same day.

Unless you opt for Tracked 24 delivery, you can typically expect your order to arrive within 2 to 3 working days (not including weekends).

Returns

If for any reason you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you are welcome to return it for a refund or an exchange within 30 days.

All items come with a basic 30-day warranty if they develop a fault not mentioned in the description. For products such as XIM and Titan, for which we are the UK distributors, we offer the 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Faulty items discovered after the 30-day cooling-off period and within the manufacturer's warranty period will be repaired or replaced, rather than refunded.

Generally, the buyer is responsible for any return costs. However, at our discretion, we may offer to cover these costs. Enhanced delivery fees, such as express delivery, are non-refundable when no fault is identified.
