Interesting antique German trench-style wristwatch, believed to date from approximately the 1910s–1920s.
Large 35mm case with fixed wire lugs, black dial with Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds and attractive blued decorative hands. The gilt mechanical movement is marked “Made in Germany.”
The watch is being sold strictly as-is for parts, repair or restoration. No further mechanical testing has been undertaken.
There is currently no crown or conventional winding stem fitted. The watch may be missing these components, or the movement may potentially be key operated. This has not been confirmed and no attempt has been made to wind or operate the watch.
Crystal is heavily scratched and the case shows considerable age-related wear, marks, tarnishing and patina. Please refer carefully to photographs for overall condition.
Sold as-is and untested. No guarantee is made regarding operation, completeness or accuracy.
As with all vintage watches, servicing is recommended for refined time keeping and longevity.
