Originally, these were designed to be placed face down on a garment (such as a t-shirt) and applied by pressing a hot iron to the back of the paper. Any attempt to transfer these today is at the buyer's own risk due to the age of the material. They look incredible framed together as a gallery wall display, used in scrapbooking, or added to a vintage illustration collection!
