This sports coat was purchased when I was a 38S. Occasionally I had some alterations and occasionally jackets were a bit longer in the sleeve. I can't do much better for you because I am not a tailor and cannot measure it any better than my own experience.
The sports coat is exceptionally smart with notched lapels and double vents in the back. It is in superb condition.
Please note the lining for the coat. It is quite high end.
