This issue is from June 1978 featuring "Backward, Turn Backward, O Time In Your Flight!" with Mary Marvel and Captain Marvel Jr by E. Nelson Bridwell and Don Newton.  This 1970's series only ran for 35 issues...I have all 35 available individually in my eBay store if you are looking for a particular issue, or just some rare SHAZAM material.

Graded in Very Fine condition.  This is the final issue in the series.
