The product is a vintage 1970s heavy brass wall switch 2 gang cover plate with screws.  

Just now cleaning out my garage - and this was used in my home in the 1970s.  Stashed away all these years.  Still has original screws. Has sticker that says Made In India.  Measures approx. 4 1/2" x 5".

They sure don't make them like this anymore.  Don't settle for the cheapies.
