The book is marked 2397 / 73B and originally sold for $2.50. Copyright dates within the book are primarily 1967, with “I'm So Glad” showing a 1968 copyright. The songs are associated with Cream's landmark debut period; Fresh Cream was originally released in 1966.

Condition: Vintage used condition with noticeable wear to the covers, including surface rubbing/scuffing, scratches, edge and corner wear, creasing and small edge tears.
