You are buying six (6 ) NEW fasteners. They are black nylon wiring harness straps for various years and models of GM vehicles. They are 2-1/4" from center to center on the push in tabs. They are 2-9/16" overall and push into a 1/4" diameter hole. 
These are used on the inner fender / wheel wells to mount washer hose or wiring harness by pushing into 2 holes in the wheel well.
