Vintage chiclets hat. It's hard to size but my head has about a 22" circumference and it fits me but it's a bit tight. I tried to show some measurements in photos, it's stretchy but not very. Has a couple stains and a black spot, shown in photos. Feel free to ask any questions, thank you.
