Cool y2k vintage fish lamp or night light. Made by RD. Has a scene of ocean fish that lights up and spins. the base and lid are a matte silver plastic. The black cord has a wheel switch. The lid is a little loose, but not bad. There are a couple of scratches on the base near the cord, see photos. measures 14 inches tall and 6 inches wide.
